 Nestled in the bustling township of Kota  Damansara, Alpha IVF undergone a complete  transformation in 2019 into a 26221 square  feet purpose-built fertility centre and was  officially opened by her majesty, the queen of  Malaysia. The centre is fully equipped with latest  revolutionary technologies for performing a full  suite of advanced IVF treatment options including  Preimplantation  Genetic  Testing,  Artificial  Intelligence (AI) - Enhanced Embryo Selection  Program, OVA – PRP, Endo – PRP, Saviour Sibling  Program, egg donation program, egg freezing  with close to a 100-per cent post-thaw survival  rate, just to name a few.

Alpha IVF is a certified fertility centre under RTAC – an accreditation issued to assisted reproductive  technology units or fertility centres that meet the  code of practice developed by the Reproductive  Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) of  the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA) and is also  an elite member of MHTC (Malaysia Healthcare  Travel Council).

Dato’ Dr. Colin Lee Soon Soo

 The name of Dato Dr. Colin Lee is no stranger in  the field of  fertility treatment in the international  fertility fraternity. 

 Dato’ Dr Colin Lee Soon Soo set up his new fertility  centre,  Alpha Fertility Centre, in 2011 which is now  better known as  Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists.  He was also the founder and  medical director of  Tropicana Medical Centre, TMC Fertility Centre  and Damansara Fertility Centre. 

 Dato’ Dr. Colin Lee leads the team at Alpha IVF  & Women’s Specialists with the mission to enable  every couple to fully  realise their potential for  parenthood. 

 The core tenet of this work is reflected in  the professional  standard we are adopting  in Alpha IVF, as well as IVF success  rates that  are comparable with top IVF centres around   the world.

Dr. John Keith

World-wide pioneer in the development  and deployment of human menopausal  gonadotrophins (HMG) for the treatment of  infertility (since 1961). All patients undergoing  IVF who use HMG such as Gonal-F, Puregon,  Menopur and Humog are indebted to this  towering pioneer of fertility treatment.

Co-created the world’s 1st structured training  manual for embryologists. Dr Keith also co created the world’s first professional body  for embryologists, that is, the Association of  Clinical Embryologists (ACE).

Dr. Michelle Perugini

Pioneered the world’s first human IVF  pregnancy (1973). He was also the first in  the world to achieve a pregnancy following  freeze thaw of embryos and pioneered early  development in cryopreservation of embryos  and blastocysts.

 Prof Dr. Alan Trounson is also a pioneer in  embryo biopsy and In-Vitro Maturation (IVM).

Co-founder & CEO of Presagen, co-created  Presagen’s first product Life Whisperer, a  suite of applications that use AI for embryo  assessment to improve pregnancy outcomes  in IVF. 

 An avid supporter of the AI and women’s  health sectors globally, and the Winner of the  2021 Women in AI (WAI) Healthcare Award.

Since July 2013, Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists  had started using a new embryo freezing and  thawing method (Cryotec Method, Japan) and it  had led us to achieve a 100% post-thaw survival  rate resulting in high clinical pregnancy rates.  6• Successful pregnancies following transfer of blastocysts derived from   delayed-intracytoplasmic sperm injection (delayed-ICSI). (36   Virtual Annual Meeting of European Society of Human Reproduction   and Embryology (ESHRE), 05-08 July 2020) 

 7• Demonstrated that blastocysts arising from Day1-Mll oocytes   have the same euploidy rate as Day0-MIl oocytes from the same   cycle and therefore should not be discarded.  8• Demonstrated that repeated vitrification and repeated   warming procedures have no detrimental effect on blastocyst   survival and pregnancy outcome. (18th International Conference   on Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis, Geneva, Switzerland,   2019) 

 9• Savior Sibling Programme for monogenic disorders using direct   HLA typing on the embryos from the same biopsy sample used   for PGT testing (AICOG, Bengaluru, 8-12 Jan 2019) 

 10• Demonstrated that administration of Clotrimazole prior to   Frozen Embryo Transfer [FET] Cycles may improve implantation   rate. (16th International Conference on Preimplantation Genetic   Diagnosis, Valencia, Spain, 2017) 

 11• Demonstrated that combining a Day 5 and a Day 6 Blastocyst   results in very high pregnancy rates (Clinical Pregnancy Rate:   71.4%, Implantation Rate: 46.4%). (6th Congress of the Asia   Pacitic Initiative on Reproduction, Jakarta, Indonesia, 8-10th   April 2016)

12• Successful live birth following frozen embryo transfer of a 1PN   embryo after PGD-MaCGH analysis. (14th International   Conference on PGD, Chicago, USA 2015) 

 13• Demonstrated that embryos derived from conventional IF have   lower aneuploidy rates compared to embryos derived from ICSI.   (13th International Conference on PGD. Canterbury, UK, May   2014) 

 14• Demonstrated similar euploidy rates among Day 3 OPN, 1PN   and 2PN embryos using MaCGH analysis. (12th International   Conference on PGD. Istanbul, Turkey, May 2013) 

 15• Reported successful pregnancy following the use of freeze-   thawed sperm, freeze-thawed eggs, and freeze-thawed   embryos. (10th Royal College of O&G International Scientific   Congress, June 2012)
